	July 1999, WKTA founding. Left & Center - Douglas & MacKenzie Bailey. Right - Mac MacTarnahan, the MacTarnahan of MacTarnahan's Brewing Company. Mac was a loyal member of the Portland Scottish community. He died in 2004 and is greatly missed.
	July 1999, WKTA founding. Right - Ryan Vierra. At the time of the picture, Ryan was a three-time world champion in Highland games heavy events. He has won more since then. Center & Left - MacKenzie & Douglas Bailey
